The Snow Skin Mooncake (冰皮月餅) are available now !
The filling for the Snow Skin Mooncake in traditional size are:
- Double duck egg yolk in Lotus Seed Paste, 雙黃蓮蓉 冰皮月饼
- Double duck egg yolk in Custard, 雙黃奶黄冰皮月饼
For mini version of Snow Skin Mooncake, we make them in two different fillings:
- Lotus Seed Paste, 迷你冰皮蓮蓉月饼
- Red Bean Paste, 迷你冰皮豆沙月饼
There are two flavour of Snow Skin.
- The green Snow Skin is pandan flavour (vanilla grass) and
- the white Snow Skin is banana flavour.
