Happy Dragon Boat Festival !
Dragon Boat Festival, also known as Duanwu Festival and Zongzi Festival, is just a seven days away, Tuesday, 30th May 2017. Sticky Rice Parcel (ZongZi) has been part of the celebration for a long history.
To celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival, Team Rachel’s have prepared a deluxe version of Traditional Sticky Rice Parcel with whole duck egg yolk and chestnut. They are available now at Rachel’s and we are also serving the meaty and vegan versions as usual.
It’s time to pop into Rachel’s and get your sticky rice parcel ready for this special occasion! The options are:
- Deluxe Sticky Rice Parcel – sticky rice with five spices, home cured whole duck egg yolk, chestnut, marinated pork, shrimp and Chinese mushroom
- Meaty – sticky rice marinated with five spices, soya pork, dried shrimp and Chinese mushroom
- Vegan – sticky rice, black eye pea and Chinese mushroom
