Hello Oxford and Rachel’s regular supporters,

Hope this message find you and your family all well.

Thank you for the messages. Team Rachel’s are all well, most of us are staying closed and supporting our own family at the moment.

Great News! Rachel’s is currently working on the new exciting menu. Rachel’s will introduce weekly menu that you can simply enjoy it at home.

No worry, steamed buns, egg tart, kaya puff and vegan option will remain in the new menu.

More News! Rachel’s has signed up for the food delivery service, so you can enjoy Rachel’s food with only few tap away on your smartphone.

As usual, most of Rachel’s food items are handmade from scratch in our kitchen following Traditional Malaysian Chinese Recipes and cooking techniques. To ensure the quality, all raw ingredients have been supplied by reliable UK partners since Rachel’s opened its door in August 2014.

We will keep you updated and in the meantime, please stay safe and keep well.

Notice of Short Summer Break & a MASSIVE Thank you !

Team Rachel’s would like to say a MASSIVE Thank You to you all since Rachel’s opened in August 2014 and the support has been amazing !

We are having off-site training and also taking this opportunity to have a Short Summer Break from Wednesday 24th July and we will re-open as usual on Saturday 3rd August.

If you need your Steamed Buns and Coffee fix, make sure you pop in by 3pm on Tuesday 23^rd July.

Hope you all have a good time off as well and see you soon.

Happy Dragon Boat Festival 2018 !

Dragon Boat Festival, also known as Duanwu Festival or Zongzi Festival, is just a six days away, Monday, 18th June 2018. Sticky Rice Parcel (ZongZi) has been part of the celebration for a long history.

To celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival, Team Rachel’s have prepared a deluxe version of Traditional Sticky Rice Parcel with home cured salted whole egg yolk and chestnut. They are available now at Rachel’s and we are also serving the meaty and vegan versions as usual.

It’s time to pop into Rachel’s and get your sticky rice parcel ready for this special occasion! The options are:

1) Deluxe Sticky Rice Parcel – sticky rice with five spices, home cured whole salted egg yolk, chestnut, marinated pork, dried shrimp and Chinese mushroom

2) Meaty – sticky rice marinated with five spices, soya pork, dried shrimp and Chinese mushroom

3) Vegan – sticky rice, black eye pea and Chinese mushroom
